Google Ads MCP (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Zero Dimensions. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

Account & identity. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image (via the openid, email, and profile scopes) to create and identify your account.
Google Ads authorization. When you connect Google Ads, we receive an OAuth refresh token (via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope) that lets the Service call the Google Ads API on your behalf for the accounts you choose.
Connection settings. The account IDs, connection names, permission tier (read / read+write / admin), and the secret token used in your connector URL.
Operational logs. Basic timestamps (e.g. last used) needed to run and secure the Service.

We do not collect or store your Google Ads performance data in a database. Reports are fetched live from Google when you ask for them and returned to your AI assistant.

How we use it

To authenticate you and provide the dashboard.
To call the Google Ads API on your behalf — running the reporting and campaign-management actions you request through your connected AI assistant, limited to the permission tier you chose for each connection.
To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the features you request. We do not allow humans to read your data except with your consent, for security/debugging, or as required by law.

Storage & security

Your Google Ads refresh token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and is only decrypted in memory to make the API calls you request. Data is stored on our infrastructure and protected by access controls and TLS in transit.

Sharing

We share data only with Google (to operate the Google Ads and sign-in APIs) and the AI assistant you connect (which receives the results of the actions you run). We do not sell data or share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Retention & deletion

You can revoke any connection or disconnect Google Ads at any time from the dashboard, and you may revoke the Service’s access directly at your Google Account permissions. To delete your account and all associated tokens, email [email protected] and we will erase your data promptly.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date.
