These terms govern your use of Google Ads MCP (“the Service”), operated by Zero Dimensions. By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Google Ads MCP lets you connect your own Google Ads account and access it through the Model Context Protocol from AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. You control which accounts are connected and the permission tier (read, read+write, or admin) for each connection.

Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorized to manage the Google Ads accounts you connect.
You are responsible for the actions you run through the Service, including any changes to campaigns, budgets, or bids made via read+write or admin connections.
Keep your connector URLs secret — anyone with a URL can use that connection.
You must comply with the Google Ads Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Write actions & spend

Read+write and admin connections can change live Google Ads accounts and affect ad spend. You are solely responsible for reviewing and authorizing such actions. The Service provides a dry-run (validate-only) capability, but does not guarantee outcomes.

Availability & warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from advertising spend or campaign changes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security, or violations of these terms.
